At CCS, we offer small animal cremations for pets up to 300 pounds. We provide a range of services, from group and private cremations to specialty products so that you can remember you beloved pet for many years to come.
Our mission is to make the difficult task of parting with a loved pet as much of a positive experience as possible, with the highest regard for the bond between owner and companion. We love animals and we strive for that to be shown through the services we provide.
Typically, we are in office from 8am-12pm, Monday through Friday. In the afternoon, we are out of office visiting the veterinary clinics we service. Please call us at (910) 754-7166, before you stop by, to ensure we are available.
PRIVATE CREMATION
Your pet will be individually cremated and the cremains will be returned in our standard private cremation packaging either to the veterinarian, or to the owner. This cremation package includes:
GROUP CREMATION
Group cremation allows for more than 1 animal to be cremated together. The process is the same, but it is more economical and cremains are not returned to the owners. The cremains are disposed of in a dignified manner.
NEXT-DAY TURN AROUND
When we receive your pet Monday through Thursday, we strive to stick to a next-day turn around, beginning when we have picked up your pet from either a veterinary hospital or your home. This allows closure for the owner and takes away any uncertainty of the process.
ASSOCIATED COSTS
Costs depend on the weight of your pet as well as if you choose private or group cremation. Payment is requested at the time services are rendered. We accept credit cards, checks and Cash in exact amounts.
Keeping a memento of you pet is a great way to remember your time with them. At CCS, we offer many products such as custom urns, grave markers, wearable items, and more. We have a laser engraver in our office to customize plaques for these items
We source many of our products from Forever Pets, Inc. However, if you have a special request or item you're looking for, please let our team know and we will do our best to accommodate.
We do not offer euthanasia services, but we can recommend local veterinarians for you to schedule this service with.
We do not offer burial services. However, when using our group cremation service, we do take care of the releasing of cremains. Rest assured that your pets cremains are released responsibly and ethically, across a natural space on protected, private property.
Above all, we are honest people. We also assign your pet a specific ID number when they come into our possession. This number is on a disc that goes with them throughout the entire cremation process.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cremation witnessing at this time. If you have any other special requests, please contact our team and we will help in any way that we able.
